Frequently asked questions

What is a Copilot readiness assessment?

It checks licences, identity, SharePoint oversharing, data protection, governance and adoption plans before you roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot more widely, and ends with a go / no-go decision.

How long does the Copilot Readiness Sprint take?

Three to four weeks, at a fixed price from $9,500 CAD plus GST (draft), for organizations up to about 300 staff. Larger or regulated organizations are quoted after a scoping call.

Does Copilot create new access to my files?

No. Copilot works inside each user's existing permissions. The risk is that existing oversharing becomes much easier to find, which is why permissions cleanup comes first.

What is not included?

Remediating every site, tenant migrations, intranet builds, licence resale, Intune projects and legal advice. The AI acceptable-use policy is a draft for your counsel.
